Gara tra i fornelli

Domenica mattina da Eataly si è svolta la gara di 'invetion test' tra cinque food blogger. Non potevo non assistere visto che tra la finaliste c'era Cucina è armonia. 
Dovete assolutamente provare la suo "Risotto affumicato alla zucca e salvia" , ricetta finalista al concorso di Occelli che ha portato "Cucina è armonia"  a partecipare alla gara.

Pronta ed emozionata mi accingo a salire al terzo piano per curiosare...

Sunday morning at Eataly was held the race 'invetion test'  between five food bloggers. I was there because there was between the finalists Cucina è armonia.

You should definitely try her "Smoked Risotto with pumpkin and sage",  recipe finalist at Occelli's contest that brought "Cucina è armonia" to participate in the race.

Ready and excited I am going up to the third floor to look around ...

E' stato veramente piacevole assistere alla gara in una cucina professionale tra food blogger la cui motivazione principale non era vincere, ma realizzare la loro creatività dietro i fornelli. Ecco la mia amica food blogger all'opera..

It was really nice watch the race in a professional kitchen including food blogger whose main motivation was not to win but to realize their creativity behind the stoves. Here my friend food blogger at work ..

Il tema era il dolce del Piemonte e la gara si è svolta come si stesse in un salotto tra amici.

The theme was the dessert of Piedmont region and the race took place as you were in a living room with friends.

Mi è solo  dispiaciuto non poter assaggiare i dolci della gara ;-(  Ho assaggiato solo due dei dolci e devo dire che i ravioli dolci al cioccolato di Profumo di Cannella erano strepitosi!!! Credo che sarebbe stato giusto far gustare almeno ai finalisti tutti i dolci e spiegare loro cosa era piaciuto o meno del dolce realizzato (mio modestissimo parere, se fossi stata io a gareggiare mi avrebbe fatto piacere..) 
Faccio i complimenti a tutti i finalisti perché hanno trasmesso insindacabilmente la passione per la cucina!!

I only regret that i could not taste the sweets of the race;-(I tasted only two desserts and I must say that the sweets chocolate ravioli of Profumo di Cannella were delicious!!! I think it would be fair to enjoy the finalists all sweets and explain to them what was liked or not (my humble opinion, if I was a partecipant I would like to know it...)

I congratulate all the finalists because they have transmitted unquestionably the passion for cooking!!
